Raspberry Vinaigrette Pork Chops with Cranberry Stuffing

Raspberry Vinaigrette Pork Chops with Cranberry Stuffing
Prep Time: 10 minutes. Start to Finish: 20 minutes. Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds pork tenderloins
½ cup raspberry walnut vinaigrette
1 6-ounce package stuffing mix for chicken
½ cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Spray non-stick skillet and cook on medium-high heat 3 minutes on both sides; reduce heat to low
Pour vinaigrette over pork in skillet and keep turning in 3 minute intervals until pork is cooked
Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package, but reduce spread from ¼ cup to 1 tablespoon; and add cranberries to the water along with the stuffing mix
Serve hot
