Pork Chop Stuffing Bake
Prep Time: 15 minutes. Start to Finish: 1 hour. Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 6oz. pkg. stuffing mix for chicken
1 ½ boneless pork chops
1 10 ¾ oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
½ tsp. dried thyme leaves
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package
Meanwhile, heat large skillet on medium-high heat
Add chops, cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides
Transfer to a foil covered baking sheet
Mix soup, onions and thyme and spoon over the chops
Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until chops are done (about 165 degrees)
