Lasagna Toss-Up
Prep Time: 10 minutes. Start to Finish: 40 minutes. Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 green bell peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 26oz jar pasta sauce
1 2/3 cups water
¼ zesty Italian dressing
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken up into bite size pieces
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Brown meat in a large saucepan; drain
Stir in peppers, garlic (if wanted), spaghetti sauce, water, and dressing; bring to a boil
Add noodles; stir and cover
Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
