Cassie's Summer Salad

Cassie’s Summer Salad
Prep Time: 15 minutes. Start to Finish: 15 minutes. Serves 4
Ingredients:
Large bag of spinach leaves
Strawberries cut half and lengthwise
Blueberries
(Any other berries you may want; raspberries, blackberries, etc)
Walnuts (candied or plain)
Dried cranberries
Lemon Poppy-Seed dressing/ Poppy-Seed/ Strawberry Vinaigrette dressing
Chopped chicken breast is optional (I use an already made one in the deli aisle that’s a Honey-Glazed by Foster Farms when I want to make it into a dinner salad!!!)


Directions:
Prepare strawberries by rinsing and cutting them, as well as rinsing the other fruit
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
