Ham and Asparagus Casserole


Ham and Asparagus Casserole
Prep Time: 20 minutes. Start to Finish: 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 cups (6oz) tri-color rotini noodles uncooked
1 16oz jar Alfredo pasta sauce
10 medium asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb diced cooked ham
1 cup Italian cheese blend


Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package, using minimum cook time
Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot
Gently stir in cooked pasta, asparagus and ham, sit in ½ cup of the cheese and pour into the casserole dish
Cover and bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and top with remaining ½ cup of cheese
