Quadruple Chocolate Cake

Quadruple Chocolate Cake
Prep Time: 20 minutes. Start to Finish: 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serves 10
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 package of Devil’s Food Cake Mix
3 oz package of instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
½ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 cups chocolate chips
Glaze:
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Sliced fresh strawberries for garnish if desired

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and than grease a 10-inch Bundt or spring-form pan (I use pam with flour).
With an electric mixer beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, vegetable oil and vanilla until well blended.
Fold in sour cream and chocolate chips; then pour the batter into the pan
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes and then invert it to remove from pan; than allow to cool before glaze.
Cook sour cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat until melted and warm, place over cake and let the glaze set.
Cut and add sliced strawberries if desired
