Five-Layer Mexican Dip


Five-Layer Mexican Dip
Prep Time: 20 minutes. Start to Finish: 20 minutes. Serves 10
Ingredients:
1 16 ounce can refried beans
2 tablespoons salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 medium green onions, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
Tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
In medium bowl, mix refried beans and salsa

In shallow glass serving bowl or 12-inch serving plate, spread bean mixture

Spread sour cream over bean mixture, leaving border of beans around edge

Spread guacamole over sour cream, leaving border of sour cream showing

Sprinkle cheese over guacamole

Sprinkle onions over cheese

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time

Serve with tortilla chips
